The following cost evaluation is based on actual observable timings of janitorial staff performance. You can validate this data by observing your staff on the job. Cleaning costs are per 1,000 square feet cleaned.

Extraction cleaning:
|
|
|
- Pre-Spray area.
- Roll extractor to the area to be cleaned.
- Carry suction and solution hoses as well as the cleaning wand to area to be cleaned.
- Mix pre-spray solution and fill pre-spray pump spray tank.
- Hand pump the tank to pressurize in preparation for application.
- Apply the pre-spray solution to the area.
- Fill Extraction machine with solution. 2 times for this size area.
- Manually push the cleaning wand back and fourth over the area.
Empty recovery tank midway through the job.
- Cary recovery water to janitors closet or bathroom for disposal.
Cary fresh water back to the extractor and refill the machine.
- Resume cleaning.
At completion of the job, drain recovery tank.
- Cary recovery water to janitors closet or bathroom for disposal.
- Disconnect solution and vacuum hoses and carry them along with the cleaning wand back to the storage area.
- Roll extraction machine back to the storage area.

CPM Cleaning process:

- Roll machine to the area to be cleaned.
- Mix solution and fill solution reservoir.
- Run machine over the area.
- Roll the machine back to the storage area.
